Shipping Policy
Shipping is free to more than 20 countries in Europe.
All orders placed have a delivery time across Europe of 2 to 7 working days from the moment payment is recognized by the store.
Orders are sent by the carrier contracted by the store. As soon as the product is collected by the carrier, we send the tracking number corresponding to the order so that it can be tracked in real time by the customer.
Return and Exchange Policy
All parts have a full warranty for the first six months after purchase.
In case of a manufacturing defect, simply contact the store using our contact form and you will receive the appropriate instructions. The product must be returned to the store, free of charge, and after the defect is confirmed, the amount may be refunded in cash or through a voucher for purchases on the website, according to the customer's choice.
*Note: Semi-jewelry can last for many years, depending on the conditions of use. It is good practice to avoid contact with seawater, perfumes, abrasive substances, solvents and halogens, such as chlorine, for example. In the case of our pieces, this durability increases even more due to their careful manufacturing process, as the pieces are first varnished for anti-allergy effects and then plated with 18k gold or white rhodium. However, the greater the exposure of the piece to the substances mentioned above, the shorter the product's useful life.
